Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including all your order details.

US Shipments

Orders for delivery within the US will be processed within 48 hours, tracked. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 4-7 days. 

  • Orders under $50 - $5 shipping.
  • Orders over £$50 - free shipping.

UK Shipments

Orders for delivery within the UK will be processed within 48 hours, tracked. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 4-7 days. 

  • Orders under £50 - £10 shipping.
  • Orders over £50 - free shipping.

Canadian Shipments

Orders for delivery within the Canada will be processed within 48 hours, tracked. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 4-7 days. 

  • Standard shipping - $15 CAD.

Rest of the World Shipments

Orders for delivery outside of the US, UK or Canada will be processed within 48 hours, tracked. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 14-28 days. 

  • Standard shipping - $25 USD.

Any order placed after 2pm will be processed within 48 hours from the following day. This excludes the weekend, as well as public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns

Please contact us on hello@oyomabeauty.com to begin the refund process, providing a description and photos of the product, as well as your order number.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To complete your return, we only require a description, photos and your order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Where there are obvious signs of use and no defect to the product.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

Where accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days. The time it takes to appear on your account will depend on your card provider. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 28 days, first check with your bank or card provider again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only replaced.

Exchanges 

We cannot exchange items.
